- Nominated for the 16th International Children’s Peace Prize. The prestigious International Children’s Peace Prize is awarded each year to a child who has made a special effort to promote children’s rights and better the situation of vulnerable children.
- Faith’s World was one of sixty films selected out of 600 submissions to be featured in the 23rd United Nations Association Film Festival (UNAFF) which was held in California in October 2020. UNAFF is an international documentary film festival that celebrates the power of films dealing with human rights, environmental themes, women’s issues, protection of refugees, homelessness, racism, children, disease control, universal education, war, and peace.
- Faith Guilbault, and her mentor, Joyce Chopra, won the Youth Vision Award at the UNAFF for FAITH’S WORLD in October 2020. It was a powerful way to celebrate the 30th year anniversary of the Disabilities Act with this personal and Illuminating film that will broadcast on public television in 2021.
- FAITH’S WORLD was accepted to the 10th Anniversary Richmond International Film Festival (RIFF) September 2021. RIFF is a competitive festival that accepts features and shorts of all genres (films & screenplays). RIFF brings 130+ Official Selection film screenings from more than 25 countries plus industry panels, the FLOW Collective Conference, Q&As, live music showcases, red carpet awards, entertainment & networking mixers, all of which bring the spirit of Hollywood to beautiful Richmond, Virginia at the Bow Tie Cinemas and the historic Byrd Theatre.
